The IAP credit is used by the module to send the NAV. When the module sends an invoice to the NAV system, one credit is deducted (sending an invoice to NAV costs one credit).

An IAP service is a paid feature that Odoo or a partner runs on their own servers
and that your database calls when you need it. You pay per use instead of per month.
A pack converts money into credits once, at purchase time. Every successful call
spends credits from your balance at the rate shown above. Credits are attached to
one service and one database.
No. Credits stay on your account until they are used. Buying a larger pack only
changes the unit price, it never shortens their life.
The feature stops rather than failing your workflow, and the users you listed
receive a warning email before the balance reaches your threshold. You can also
turn on auto-refill so a new pack is bought automatically.
An invoice is issued for every pack and is available from your Odoo customer
portal. Unused credits can be refunded on request within 30 days of purchase.
